In August 2025, the EU Horizon project TANGO (“Digital Technologies Acting as a Gatekeeper to Information and Data Flows”) was successfully completed. Since then, stakeholders from various sectors across Europe have been able to exchange data securely and in a resource-efficient manner via the AI-supported TANGO platform, without compromising the security of personal data.

For the eco Association – a consortium member of TANGO – 2025 remained an eventful year. A particular focus was on live testing and the validation of platform components at the partner site in Mallorca. Furthermore, eco played a key role in the preparation of the second TANGO white paper, organised workshops and webinars, was involved in standardisation activities, and published a video series on YouTube covering the solution’s core technologies.
